Richard for The National Gallery of Art

Here’s the start of an awesome project that we started working on for the National Gallery of Art called West to East. It has us traveling the country documenting how artists across America have been inspired by the places they call home. A link to the project on the NGA site is in our profile. One of the first profiles we did was of Richard Bresnahan who lives down the road from us in Avon, Minnesota. We spent a lovely day with Richard and left with a renewed energy for storytelling and the incredible kindness of strangers to always open their doors to us. We also left with a delicious dozen eggs that his hens laid that morning.

See more of the project on the National Gallery of Art website.
